HBCU Consulting League Application Due

McKinsey & Company is excited to host its annual HBCU Consulting League! This program introduces current sophomores and juniors (2025 and 2026 grads), like yourself, to careers in consulting. This is an experiential learning opportunity for you to refine your problem-solving skills, explore the career path of a consultant, and learn more about McKinsey's culture, our people, and our work.

Through engaging activities, you will get the opportunity to:

• HIGHLIGHT and discover the world of consulting with one of the premier strategy consulting firms
• BUILD the skills necessary to be a successful and impactful consultant
• CONNECT with your peers through interactive activities and workshops to develop your professional toolkit
• UNITE with HBCU Alumni consultants of all tenures to build lasting relationships

We're hosting this two-day event April 12th - 14th in New York City, NY. All travel expenses will be covered for invited participants.

To be considered for this year's program, submit your application by March 10th at 11:59pm ET. Invited participants will be notified by March 15th.
